About This Quote

In the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, the character Ford Prefect is a galactic hitchhiker who writes a guidebook called The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, which was eventually published in the form of a book and became a best-seller. He and Arthur Dent meet and travel together and make many great discoveries. He is also a minor character in its sequel, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. When he and Arthur Dent meet again after thirty-five years, it is revealed that they have been kidnapped by Vogons. This gives Arthur Dent an opportunity to explain that he has been thinking about his life and that he has changed it around a bit, including "writing another book," which he calls Life the Unsizeable.
